About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Content Creator with 3 to 8 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be photogenic, possess excellent English communication skills, and have hands-on experience in voice-over, podcast creation, and on-camera content. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in front of the camera, telling stories, and creating high-impact digital content across multiple formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.
Develop scripts, storyboards, and content ideas that align with brand objectives.
Record voice-overs for videos, reels, tutorials, and promotional content.
Host and produce podcasts, including planning, recording, interviewing (if required), and collaborating with the editing team.
Regularly appear on camera for product videos, interviews, explainer videos, and brand stories.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Conduct research to generate fresh, trending, and original content ideas.
Participate in photo/video shoots as required.
Optimize content for various digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
3 to 8 years of experience as a Content Creator, Video Host, Digital Creator, or similar role.
Strong command over spoken and written English.
Photogenic personality with confident on-camera presence.
Proven experience in voice-over and podcast recording.
Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and deliver high-quality content.
Familiarity with social media algorithms and trends.
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
Basic understanding of video production and editing tools (added advantage).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with basic editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Audacity, Canva, etc.
Previous experience in brand collaborations or influencer-style content.
Knowledge of SEO for content optimization.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or any relevant field (preferred, not mandatory).
