Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of integration, SaaS, and implementation projects. The individual will oversee planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and project delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects within defined timelines and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams developers, QA, architects, support to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead client communication, conduct requirement gathering calls, and maintain clear documentation.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays, risks, or deviations.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with internal delivery frameworks.
- Manage change requests, project scope, and delivery expectations effectively.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and transparent communication.
- Support pre-sales activities when needed, including effort estimation and solution understanding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 510 years of project management experience in IT/SaaS/e-commerce integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing technical implementation or integration projects (Shopify, NetSuite, API, ERP, or SaaS preferred).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is an advantage.
