Senior Manager Sales (Middle East / Saudi Market), Clarion Technologies
We are hiring a Senior Manager Sales based in Pune, India, to drive Clarions growth in the Middle East region, especially Saudi Arabia. This is a mid-senior role that blends hands-on sales execution, regional market ownership, and sales leadership, positioned between the Sales Specialist and Sales Head roles.
If you have strong B2B IT services sales experience, have sold into the Middle East/Saudi market, and can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Drive new customer acquisition in the Middle East, with strong focus on Saudi Arabia.
- Build and nurture a high-quality pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and channel partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to regional buying behaviour and business culture.
End-to-End Sales Execution
- Lead structured sales cyclesfrom discovery to solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized IT solutions aligned with client needs.
- Demonstrate strong experience in B2B IT services sales, negotiation, and deal closure.
Account Management
- Build deep and long-term client relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
- Drive account mining opportunities and continuously increase wallet share.
- Provide superior post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Work closely with Inside Sales to improve lead generation quality and volume.
- Provide guidance to junior sales or inside sales resources supporting the region.
- Represent Clarion at senior levels with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Reporting & Governance
- Ensure efficient CRM usage for lead tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports, insights, and dashboards.
What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)
- 1215 years of experience in IT services sales with at least 3 years in a sales leadership or team management role.
- Mandatory: Proven experience selling IT services in the Middle East / Saudi Arabian market (India-based candidates must have prior regional selling experience).
- Strong experience in B2B Sales & Inside Sales.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
