Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using BDD frameworks.
- Utilize tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Browser Stack, and Appium for automation testing.
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated test scripts to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in all aspects of testing for enterprise web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies.
- Conduct test case reviews and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, log, and track defects to resolution.
- Continuously improve the automation framework to maximize return on investment.
- Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation and performance testing.
- Ability to debug and come up with root cause analysis of problems.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in automation scripting using BDD frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack, Appium, and BDD frameworks.
- ISTQB Certification is mandatory
- NET and Python programming experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of improving automation return on investment.
- Proven experience of testing enterprise web and mobile applications to closure by following industry standards
- Experience in performance testing using JMeter
- Experience developing test engineering tools using Python
- Experience debugging and solving problems by going to root cause level
- Preferred to have some one who has fair idea and/or experience leveraging AI in test engineering
