Role & Responsibilities (Short JD):

• Ensure regulatory compliance and branch-level profitability

• Acquire and cross-sell CASA, life insurance, mutual funds, gold, trade/FX, and asset products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers

• Deliver high quality service by addressing customer queries promptly and adhering to KYC/operational policies

• Escalate business-impacting issues as needed and submit timely MIS reports

• Set and achieve annual performance goals in alignment with the reporting manager

• Take ownership of self-development and stay updated on industry trends

• Follow risk policies and internal controls to mitigate various business risks and support audits
