Job Description

Project description You'll be working in the Technology Services QA team in Pune. We provide testing services to Data Protection team. As a QA Engineer, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality quality timely releases for Data Protection team through agile working, automation, and continuous integration.

Responsibilities

Support the Service & Product Manager of the security domain, providing QA services

Ensure workflows, processes, tooling, and applications are of the highest quality standard

Contribute expertise to the engineering of existing and new IT products and services

Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements

Maintain a knowledge database

Skills Must have

Ideally 3+ years of hands-on experience with QA test automation and functional testing

Basic Python knowledge

Good Knowledge of Database

Proactive and keen to get the explanation when unclear

Ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking

Track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners

Confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences

Capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services Nice to have
