Job Description
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain workflows, playbooks, and automation sequences within Rocketlane .
- Work with Workflow Architects to translate designs into functional, tested workflows.
- Support the creation of reusable workflow templates and components for scale.
- Help document and manage workflow configuration, including logic, triggers, and dependencies.
- Participate in testing and user acceptance with internal teams and SMEs.
- Support the rollout of new workflows, including user onboarding and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, or reusability across workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Service Ops, and Customer teams to refine and improve workflow performance.

- Some experience in workflow configuration, process mapping, or digital operations.
- Interest in service delivery, onboarding, or project management tooling (Rocketlane, Asana, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
- A structured and detail-oriented mindset, able to follow build logic and design flows accurately.
- Eagerness to learn about AI-powered workflows , automation, and customer experience improvement.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, supporting architects and delivery leads.
- Passion for simplification, making things work better, faster, and with less friction.
