- Responsible for the gathering, interpreting, and utilizing of complex data to maintain stable operations and ongoing improvement of IT Applications.
- These systems may include, but are not limited to, functionality to support clinical, fiscal, IT and business operations. This position works in a multi-disciplinary environment that requires excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. The Application Analyst designs
Responsibilities
- System Management
- Handle daily tasks like designing, building, testing, and maintaining non-clinical applications.
- Work on both small requests and large projects.
- Troubleshooting & Updates
- Help fix system issues and assist with software upgrades.
- Testing & Validation
- Create and manage testing plans.
- Coordinate testing with users to ensure systems work properly.
- Team Coordination
- Work with different departments to support applications.
- Collaboration
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure systems are stable and functional.
- Documentation & Change Management
- Keep system documentation updated.
- Follow proper procedures when making changes.
- On-Call Support
- Be available during off-hours as part of a rotation to handle urgent issues.
- Continuous Learning
- Stay updated and trained on different systems and tools.
Skills
- Must have
- 3+ years of IT experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of business workflows
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Ability to learn new applications quickly
- Experience with non-clinical systems like:
- Risk management
- Compliance
- Incident reporting
- Security camera systems
- Building/facilities management
- Point of sale (POS) systems
