Luxoft is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Xceptor & JAVA Developer to be part of our core development team with Trade Lifecycle Expertise.
You will have the opportunity to work with global banking and capital market clients on various development projects. Responsibilities
You will focus on BO requirements from Bank on Xceptor with strong Trade lifecycle expertise. This will include extending the existing implementation with these new product types, as well as support for other stakeholders throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Design and Configure the proposed solution in Xceptor
- Manage requirements through to acceptance and delivery into the Xceptor platform
- Work closely with the test team to review cases and coverage, analyze the defects, and provide Xceptor Configuration advice
- Work closely with the Dev team to advise on the workflow
- Provide specialist market technology solutions to assist in simplifying the existing architecture and automating the existing process
Skills
Must have
- 6 to 8 Years of experience as a Developer with very good Knowledge of the Xceptor & Java tools
- Hands-on experience on SWIFT-based tools and SWIFT workflow ( XSLT, XPaths, etc.)
- Good to have knowledge of the integration tools part as well (MQ, API)
- Experience in STP (Straight-through processing) and integration of multiple systems for data retrieval and mapping
- Experience in the Xceptor application as a Technical Functional role
- Experience with various types of confirmation messages and their processing
- Long Form, SWIFT messages, and the Matching process
- Previous Experience with financial markets technology from Financial Markets or a Bank
- Experience in discussing the results with Business stakeholders
- Working proficiency in XCeptor development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
- Proven capability of developing and using Xceptor and other automation technologies
- Understanding of Agile methodologies with the ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks
- Understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency, and security
- Good hands-on, with Docgen tool mainly (if not, you should have at least any reporting tools, like Thunderhead, Powebi, etc., so that it''s easy to learn Docgen once you are onboarded)
- Java 11+ (Java, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Debugging, Individual Contributor, Worked in Vendor applications)
- Core Java programming developers will be instrumental in building a parallel trade feed automation framework
- Solid experience with Spring Boot, Maven & Git
- Database SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
- proficient in writing complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning
- Debugging Skilled in using IDE debuggers, log analyzers, and performance profilers to resolve production issues
- Testing JUnit, integration testing
- Version Control Git, Bitbucket
Nice to have
- Experience in Thunderhead, TRAM, Murex, or any capital Market.
