Job Description
- Product Vision & Strategy
- Own and articulate the product roadmap for BiofuelCircle s B2B ecommerce marketplace, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Translate business goals into a prioritised list of tangible product initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
- User & Market Research
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the diverse needs, pain points, and motivations of users: including biofuel manufacturers, industrial
- biowaste suppliers, procurement managers, and logistics partners.
- Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and assess platform usage, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, sales, customer support, bioenergy centre of excellence and engineering teams to define and prioritise product features and enhancements.
- Foster a collaborative culture across all teams to achieve unified go-to-market strategy and product delivery.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Product Development & Delivery
- Work within a fast-paced, agile environment to manage the backlog and prioritise features based on business value and user needs.
- Guide engineering, design, and data teams in the development, launch, review, and continuous improvement of product features from conception to rollout.
- Create comprehensive product documentation to facilitate understanding and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Performance Measurement & Improvement
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and its contribution to business growth.
- Monitor platform metrics such as user engagement, transaction volumes, and operational efficiency, to drive data-informed decisions
