Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Experience: 02 Years

Location: Andheri/Turbhe

Shift Time: 6 pm to 3 am

Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support our US HR operations with a focus on performance management and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the Performance Management System (goal setting, appraisals, feedback).
Maintain and update HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with managers and employees during performance review cycles.
Support HR initiatives including onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in HR/Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).
02 years of HR experience with exposure to performance management and data handling.
Strong MS Excel and HRIS skills.
Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
