Roles and Responsibilities:
A Process Trainer ensures that team members in the Payment Posting department are well-trained on processes, compliance, and tools to achieve accuracy and efficiency in posting payments to patient accounts or client systems.
Preferred candidate profile:
Applicant must have at least 5 yrs of experience in payment posting , credit balance/charge posting department.
RCM experience of 4/5 yrs is mandatory.
Shift - Day shift
Location - Andheri & Turbhe
Education - HSC and Above
