Job Description

Roles Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and implementation support for customers.
Provide on-site assistance and address functional issues raised during product usage.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure smooth software onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and support requests.
Prepare progress reports and ensure timely completion of deployment activities.
Communicate effectively in Hindi and English to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Training Employment

Free 2-month online training (Work From Home)
Stipend provided during the training period
Successful trainees will be absorbed as full-time employees
Candidates will be posted at customer premises post training for product implementation training
