Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
1415 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 35 years in a strategic HRBP role
Proven experience partnering with senior leadership in a dynamic, matrixed environment
Strong understanding of HR disciplines: talent management, OD, performance, ER, and compensation
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
