Job Description
Designation: Executive & Sr. Executive Domestic Voice.
Language Known : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam along with English.
Work Location: Vetrivel towers Coimbatore.
Qualification: HSC/ Graduation is not mandatory.
Notice period : Immediate Joiners preferable.

Salary:
Non Voice/Semi Voice - 1.92 Lacs
English - 1.8 Lacs
Tamil - 1.77 Lacs
Kannada - 2.1 Lacs
Telugu - 2.1 Lacs
Malayalam - 1.92 Lacs
SME - Up to 2.75 Lacs
Transport facility: For Female after 9PM and for male after 11PM till 6AM.
SHIFT: 24/7 rotational shifts which includes night shift (5 days working).
Week offs: Rotational 2 days off.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Fresher or Experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Min 1 Year of relevant experience for SME
- Language needed: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & Kannada along with good communication skills in English.
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation). NO COMPROMISE ON LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Only Immediate joiners.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 22 WPM and 85% accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
- Should be comfortable working for 5 days - Rotational shifts with 2 days rotational offs (24/7).
Candidate should have all the educational, Experience and mandate ID proof
