Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Advanced Compensation Functional Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workdays Advanced Compensation module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Workday Advanced Compensation functionalities to enhance compensation planning, bonus, merit, and stock plan administration. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Workday Advanced Compensation module implementation, configuration and optimization.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday Advanced Compensation best practices.
• Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
• Configure Workday Advanced Compensation business processes, including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock plans, and compensation review statements
• Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboardsing
