- Confident and articulate professionals with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates with 14 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement in a software product company (banking domain preferred).
- Energetic, proactive individuals passionate about sales growth and client relationships.
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; full product and domain training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and engage leads within the banking and financial services sector.
- Present and promote our software products to potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify opportunities and strategies.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Finance, IT preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to learn new products quickly and articulate value to clients.
- Passionate about sales, client success, and career growth.
- Prior experience in banking domain software sales is a plus but not mandatory.
