Who We Are Looking For

  • Confident and articulate professionals with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates with 14 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement in a software product company (banking domain preferred).
  • Energetic, proactive individuals passionate about sales growth and client relationships.
  • Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; full product and domain training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and engage leads within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Present and promote our software products to potential clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify opportunities and strategies.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Finance, IT preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to learn new products quickly and articulate value to clients.
  • Passionate about sales, client success, and career growth.
  • Prior experience in banking domain software sales is a plus but not mandatory.
