Job Description

  • Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities.
  • Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance and training to improve results.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, maintaining high levels of service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue growth through effective business planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in microfinance or related field (branch handling, branch management).
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, credit cards, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
