Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records for the company.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and build strong MIS reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (Tax/ legal/ Payroll etc)
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and department heads.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
- Knowledge on SAP is preferred and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PPT.
- Knowledge on PowerBI is a good addition to the role
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
