Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Regional Project Manager / PMO to manage and govern IT projects across the BNPP Cardif Asia region. The role requires strong delivery leadership, stakeholder coordination, project governance, and portfolio management.
You will drive end-to-end project execution, ensure alignment with business needs, and provide strategic advisory for decision-making across multiple countries in Asia.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Ownership
- Own complete responsibility for project objectives, budget, timelines, and quality.
- Validate business needs, feasibility, and solution alignment with stakeholders.
- Ensure all requirements are approved, traceable, and delivered as per plan.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation measures across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure operational readiness, solution rollout, and transition to BAU.
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage all contributors across regions.
- Track project progress, review milestones, and drive delivery commitments.
- Integrate change management and testing strategy into the project lifecycle.
- Prepare rollout plans and ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct project closure, lessons learned, and final review.
Primary Point of Contact
- Act as the central communication point for all project stakeholders.
- Manage business expectations and ensure alignment with governance bodies.
Project Portfolio / PMO Responsibilities
- Consolidate regional project indicators, schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
- Analyse deviations, risks, alerts, and produce PMO dashboards.
- Enhance project management processes, tools, and delivery standards.
- Support governance committees with actionable insights & reporting.
Contribution to PMO Community
- Participate in PMO forums, share best practices, and improve frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement across project methodologies and templates.
