Build & Lead:Establish the Sensory Centre of Excellence from the ground up for India's top D2C food brand.
Be the Consumer's Voice:Own end-to-end sensory programs and insights, from initial concept to product launch.
Drive Strategy:Use deep market intelligence and sensory data to shape innovation and sharp product positioning
Impact the Bottom Line:Translate technical sensory data into clear claims that drive marketing and consumer delight.
Sensory & Consumer Insights:Build consumer learning plans, lead sensory tests (discrimination, descriptive, etc.), and partner with agencies on qualitative & quantitative research.
Centre of Excellence:Establish best-in-class sensory practices, build sensory libraries, and train internal panels to ensure consistent product quality.
Market Intelligence:Track competitor products, analyze trends, and generate insights to shape our innovation and renovation strategy.
Product Communication: Translate sensory data into clear, credible claims for marketing, aligning with R&D and regulatory teams.

A B.Sc / M.Sc or B.Tech /M.Tech in Food Tech/Food Science.
5- 7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C food/beverage sensory functions or at a consumer research agency
Strong knowledge of sensory techniques, statistics, and consumer testing protocols.
Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and stories
A consumer-obsessed, entrepreneurial mindset for a fast-paced D2C environment.
Deep understanding of sensory science and consumer behavior.
Ability to design and interpret quant + qual research with actionable
recommendations.
High consumer empathy and passion for delivering superior product experiences.
