About the Role

We are looking for a Loan Operations Specialist who will handle loan processing, servicing, documentation, and compliance activities. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of banking/loan operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Book and fund new loans in the core banking system.
• Monitor payments, renewals, extensions, and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate loan records, reports, and audit documentation.
• Respond to queries from customers, loan officers, and internal teams.
• Prepare regulatory and management reports.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Associates degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in loan operations, banking, or financial services.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and compliance (RESPA, TILA preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and loan servicing software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
