About the Role:
The Inside Sales Executive (B2B Sales) will be responsible for driving lead generation,
developing strong customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy for
enterprise IT solutions. This role involves pitching leading software products and security
solutions, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and working closely with cross-
functional teams to drive business growth.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for IT sales,
and the ability to understand customer needs and convert them into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development & Client Interaction:
Lead discussions with customers and build strong, long-term relationships.
Understand customer requirements and position LDS Infotechs IT solutions
eectively.
Promote Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Oracle, and Security Solutions
(Antivirus/Firewall), along with LDSs complete product & services range.
2. Lead Management & Revenue Support:
Monitor and track business commitments vs. sales plans/forecasts.
Work closely with internal teams to drive business development initiatives.
Identify, structure, negotiate, and maintain customer relationships within the
assigned region.
3. Proposal Creation & Commercial Activities:
Prepare accurate techno-commercial proposals for decision makers including
Directors, CIOs, IT Heads, and procurement teams.
Work under strict monthly targets and contribute to quota achievement.
Assist in creating sales strategies based on market trends and customer insights.
4. Market Awareness & Strategic Contribution:
Understand industry buying behavior and decision-making patterns.
Provide inputs to help shape organizational strategy based on customer needs
and market ecosystem.
Stay updated with new software products and promote them to existing and
prospective customers.
