Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Flutter Developer to lead the architecture, design, and development of innovative, high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate combines strong Flutter expertise, solid engineering fundamentals, and the ability to own deliverables end-to-end.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead design & development of mobile apps using Flutter/Dart
  
• Build modular, scalable codebases for Android and iOS
  
• Integrate backend services (REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, JSON)
  
• Ensure UI/UX excellence with pixel-perfect responsiveness
  
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews
  
• Integrate native mobile functionalities & push notification services
  
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize app performance
  
• Work with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams
  
• Mentor junior developers; contribute to engineering best practices
  
• Participate in technical design decisions and solution architecture
  

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Flutter/Dart with production-ready apps
  
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns:
  
• Bloc / Riverpod / Provider
  
• Experience integrating with backend services and mobile APIs
  
• Strong knowledge of:
  
• State management
  
• Animations & transitions
  
• Offline capabilities
  
• App performance optimization
  
• CI/CD & version control: Git, GitHub Actions, Bitrise
  
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
  
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  

Preferred Skills (Added Advantages)

• Native mobile development: Swift / Kotlin
  
• Firebase, Crashlytics, mobile analytics, A/B testing
  
• Agile/Scrum experience (JIRA, Confluence)
  
• Web development (React, Angular)
  
• Thai language skill
  
• Exposure to GenAI, Data Analytics, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT
