Job Description
The Role
Select Care Support Consultant is a designated configuration expert, assigned to assist Select Care Customers globally. Troubleshoot issues and solve configuration cases. A successful individual in this position should be able to add, edit or removing configurable options as necessary along with troubleshoot and provide resolution to any issue reported by the customer.
What youll do:
- Fulfill customer configuration needs
- Work with customers to analyze the requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Adhere to SAP Concur s rules of engagement for working with customer
- Ensure adherence improvement of set KPIs such as SLAs, technical expertise , customer satisfaction.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented codes. Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
- Collaborate with Project Teams to Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications
- Work towards improving customer satisfaction from the Service Administration and care services portfolio.
- Report and present complete details of work performed.
What you bring:
- 1-3 years of programming / developer experience (preferably Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Experience on SQL is an added advantage
- Flexibility in working for 24*7 shift Should be able to work on the weekends.
- Able to work with complex customer situations and translate requirements into configuration. Apply disciplined approach towards solving customer cases.
- Knowledge of software deployment life cycle and testing practice Technical competence towards system configuration
- Understanding of fundamental programming concepts (data structures, algorithms)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills / Microsoft Office knowledge along with a nalysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to present data in a skilled manner is highly desirable.
