Experience Required: 10 12 years
Location : Airoli.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile development teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Agile methodologies, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to drive Agile practices across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain a bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are mandatory.
Act as a servant leader to Scrum teams, mentoring and coaching team members to adhere to Agile values, principles, and practices.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Manage and coordinate tasks, resolve impediments, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project progress.
Track project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Plan, organize, and oversee product demonstrations, testing phases, and stakeholder engagements.
Foster collaborative environments and ensure the proper use of Agile tools and processes.
Support teams in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Manage project schedules, scope, resources, and financials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Demonstrate strong leadership and management capabilities, guiding teams towards successful delivery.
Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.
Minimum of 10-12 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master or similar Agile leadership role.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
