Job Description

Project: HD Supply - AEM Optimizely CMS Migration Role: Optimizely CMS Solution

Architect Responsibilities:

Define target architecture, content model, and migration blueprint
Design block/component library, multi-site and localization strategy
Integrate CMS with HCL Commerce and future microservices
Establish content governance, workflows, and editorial tools
Ensure release readiness and performance SLAs; lead code reviews and defect burndown

Must-Have Skills:

8-12 yrs .NET; 4+ yrs Optimizely CMS 11/12 (Architecture Delivery)
Deep experience with Content Types, Blocks, ContentAreas, Search Navigation, Optimizely Graph
Proven AEM Optimizely migration experience
Azure PaaS (App Service, KeyVault, App Insights), GitHub/Azure DevOps CI/CD
Good-to-Have: Experience with ODP/Experimentation, Bloomreach/Coveo Search, personalization strategy
Engagement: Contract (Dec-Feb), with potential extension for future personalization and commerce rebuild phases
