Senior AI Developer - Product, Data & Technology - Tools @ SAP Servers Tech

As a Senior AI Developer, you will play a key role in building innovative AI-powered applications to solve complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and developing AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol.
End-to-end responsibility for development, testing, performance, security, scalability and user experience of AI applications from prototyping to production.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and workflows.
Staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and tools and recommending their adoption at SAP.

What you bring

Bachelor s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
8+ years of IT experience

Must have skill

Advanced programming skills in Python
Expertise in developing AI-powered applications
Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LLaMA)
Agentic AI concepts and protocols (Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent protocol)
