Job Description

Experience: 8 to 15 years
Education: CMA/MBA/CA/BE with production engineering or similar qualification
- Should have worked in complex manufacturing environment.
- Experience in manufacturing industry (preferable in Electronic Manufacturing)
- Good technical expertise in accounting principles, cost management and COGS tracking.
- Should be able to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Act as a Business Finance partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Business Teams.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with functional teams.
- Track record of driving process improvements and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- SCM Finance manager who is having very good working knowledge in SAP/Similar ERP.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Kannada is desirable.
- Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain finance preferred.
