About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Business Analyst to drive business transformation, innovation, and large-scale process optimization across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who has led complex initiatives, worked closely with senior stakeholders, and delivered measurable business value through technology-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and leadership teams to understand business goals and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of strategic business solutions across multiple functional areas.
- Conduct detailed process analysis, mapping, and optimization to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and present business cases, costbenefit analyses, and recommendations for new initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives with a focus on improving efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
- Mentor and guide junior BAs, fostering a strong knowledge-sharing and learning culture.
- Track and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to guide innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with a proven record of leading business transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, ARIS, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and working with Product Owners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
- Familiarity with AI/automation concepts and their practical business applications (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience in digital transformation programs
- Exposure to large enterprise systems and multi-stakeholder environments
- PMP / CBAP / PMI-PBA / Agile Certifications
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
