Job Description
Hi All,
We are hiring for Technical Architect role for one of our leading Investment Banking client in Mumbai location.
Experience : 12 + years
Direct Responsibilities
DevOps:
- Be an expert in Technology Architecture for the DevSecOps topic, with a strong understanding of CI/CD toolchains, requirements, pitfalls.
- Contribute to ongoing study to refresh the CIB CI/CD toolchains and strategy, including relative to Group toolchains, in collaboration with CIB Developer SPOC
- Understand the CIB and Group development environment offers both local (desktop/laptop) and virtual infrastructure
- Contribute to definition of E2E DevSecOps processes, with a full RACI
Engineering:
- Contribute to studies on usage of programming languages and associated developer frameworks at all levels of the technology stack from data level, middleware, runtimes, application frameworks (Spring etc), front end frameworks
- Ensure application teams adhere to CIB Technology standards while designing & building their solutions
- Contribute / review the technical design & specifications
- Responsible for managing & reporting technical risks
- Responsible for Technologies and Software validation used in CIB
Contributing Responsibilities
- Contribute towards innovation; suggest new technical practices for efficiency improvement.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory Skills:
- Working experience with build tools like Maven & DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube
- Proficient in understanding architecture solutions for complex enterprise applications.
- Good experience in technical analysis of n-tier applications with multiple integrations using object oriented, APIs & Microservices approaches.
- Strong knowledge about design patterns and development principles.
- Strong knowledge in Core Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
- Strong knowledge in RDBMS / SQL with Oracle or SQL server or Postgres.
- Good knowledge on front-end technologies preferably Angular.
- Knowledge/experience on Messaging middleware, Caching technologies & No SQL databases.
- Development experience of MVC Architecture based web applications, including creation of RESTful APIs.
- Good experience in Troubleshooting & Performance tuning using profiling tools e.g. Dynatrace, JProfiler etc.
- Experience in Security topics such as IDP, SSO, OAuth2, OpenIdConnect
- Good knowledge on Linux/Unix environment (basic commands, shell scripting, etc.)
- Ability & willingness to learn & work on diverse technologies (languages, frameworks, and tools).
- Good knowledge on containerization & orchestration tools
- Inclination to constantly keep up to date on new technologies and frameworks.
- Self-motivated with good communication, inter-personal and organization skills
