* Handling a team of across levels consist of Zonal Manager, Regional Manager & respective State heads & a large volume of Business

* Must be working in Bancassurance channel since last 10 years in any Life Insurance Company (Mandatory)**

Required Candidate profile

* Candidate must be working in Life or Health Insurance Company in BANCASSURANCE channel from last 10 years

* Managing large team of Regional Heads, Area Heads & Geography would be an added advantage

* AGE should not be more than 45-46 years..
