Job Description

The Change Manager is responsible for driving and ensuring the success of projects while continuously improving project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. The role involves governance, stakeholder management, and supporting teams in implementing change initiatives within the Procurement & Performance function.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or advise on projects ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
Establish project structure, governance, and manage key stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings/workshops using effective methods.
Support implementation and post-project follow-up.
Prepare presentations and management reports.
Coach and support team members.
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
