Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Technology Services Senior Specialist with expertise in RCA, BASIS, and HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP India Pvt.Ltd and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Provide expert-level support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying causes of technical problems.
Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT technology services.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP systems, including BASIS and HANA.
Experience with RCA, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of IT technology services principles and practices.
Familiarity with SAP India Pvt.Ltd and its operations.
