Role: Deputy Manager - Strategic Relationship -CEO Office
Location: Noida
Reporting to: Marketing Director


About the role:
You will be the CEO offices frontline for strategic outreach and relationship building. Your mission is to grow and activate Rahuls network (founders, CXOs, investors, government, global tech leaders) to create opportunities across Moglix and Credlix. You will fix high-value meetings, research & map strategic contacts, produce crisp briefing notes, and represent the CEO at select events. We want someone polished, confident, articulate on the phone, and deeply curious about technology, manufacturing and policy.


Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, research and prioritise target contacts (global tech, fintech, manufacturing, investors, government, enterprise CXOs).
  • Arrange, own and follow up on all meetings for the CEO office (scheduling, logistics, pre-reads, minutes).
  • Prepare concise, insight-led briefing notes and talking points for Rahul.
  • Drive introductions and partnership pipelines for Moglix / Credlix / Semicon strategy.
  • Maintain CRM (contacts, outreach status) and monthly opportunity pipeline.
  • Represent the CEO at external events when required, own follow-up.

Ideal profile

  • 48 years experience: Executive Assistant to CXO, Strategic BD, Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, premium PR / events background.
  • Exceptional spoken English; confident on phone and in person. Clear, calm, persuasive.
  • Excellent written skills: crisp one-page briefs, clear agendas, pointed emails.
  • Strong networker and hunter comfortable cold outreach via LinkedIn / email / warm intros.
  • Proactive, discreet, highly organised with strong follow-through.

Education:

Graduate; MBA / communications / international relations is a plus
