Role Objective

This is a strategic role responsible for driving the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our organization-wide risk management framework. It involves identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring strategic, operational, financial, compliance and emerging risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, implement and maintain a robust ERM framework aligned with the best practices in the industry.

 Own the ongoing enterprise-wide risk assessment process

 Oversee the development and testing of risk mitigation strategies

 Work with Analytics/Tech to build and improve our dashboard, automate and simplify the work with the help of AI

 Prepare risk reports/dashboards for review with senior leadership

 Work with internal stakeholders to swiftly close ongoing investigations and implement suggested recommendations.
