Opening for Application Support L2.

Application support ( L2 )

Job Location : New Delhi, Client side

Job Timing UK Shift timing (9 AM to 5 PM )

Experience : 4-5 Years.

Job Description : Atleast 3 Yearsin similar OSD product customization, administration & monitoring of the APIM solution, Troubleshoot, configure, handle, maintain, manage, monitor, test the APIs, web services, SOAP, ISO. Trouble Shooting, reporting, RCA reports, coordination with Banks team/s

    • Knowledge of java , spring and Hibernate would be advantage if available
    • Educational Qualification - B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/M.Sc/ MCA- in Information Technology/ Computer Sc. or equivalent

2. ONSITE SUPPORT: SUPPORT ENGINEERS FOR APIM SOLUTION FOR DC & DR

1, per day in shift of 8 hours

per day

Requirement Type


Onsite on Banks Working Days as per UK working hours and UK laws.

Bank, as per its requirement, may ask the resources to be present on holidays as per the requirement of the Bank. Such arrangement shall be without any additional cost to

the Bank.

Shift Type


As per the requirement of the

Bank in durations of 8 hours per day for each resource as per UK timing (9 AM to 5 PM)

Educational Qualification


B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/M.Sc/ MCA- in Information Technology/ Computer Sc. or equivalent

(Certified copy of Qualification to be provided.

Copy should be

certified by HR of the Company)

Professional Qualification


Relevant Certification in API management/ development from respective OSD whose solution is being proposed. Bidder to arrange and provide copy of certificate of the

proposed resource

(Certified copy of Qualification to be provided.

Copy should be certified by HR of the Company)

Other Skills


Good Communication & Documentation Skills.

(Certificate from HR of the

Company)

Atleast 3 Yearsin similar OSD product customization, administration & monitoring of the proposed Solution. Bidder has to arrangeand provide relevant experience certificate in this regard.

Overall support experience should be 4-5 yrs.

(Certified Experience certificate from employer(s) to be submitted on mail/hardcopy along with contact details of

the authority)
