Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Engage with the business teams to thoroughly understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  
• Independently manage end-to-end project activities and provide guidance to team members throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  
• Serve as the technical owner/leader for assigned applications, ensuring their performance, stability, and continuous enhancement.
  

Contributing Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance web-based applications using modern .NET and JavaScript frameworks.
  
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the .NET stack, ensuring adherence to coding best practices.
  
• Conduct detailed unit testing, support integration testing, and ensure timely deployment of high-quality deliverables.
  
• Evaluate technical feasibility of solutions and actively recommend improvements or optimizations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless development and release cycles.
  

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical Skills

• Hands-on programming expertise in Ext JS, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Angular and Web APIs, with experience building dynamic, responsive web applications.
  
• Proficiency with .NET Framework 4.5+, with the ability to design and implement enterprise-grade solutions.
  
• Experience using Visual Studio 2017 or later for development, debugging, and optimization.
  
• Solid understanding of SQL Server 2016+, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  
• Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles.
