Responsibilities as General Manager - Creative, Mumbai.

* The Creative Director is the custodian of growth - content and audience, for our Marathi web originals channel - Shudhdesi Marathi

* This is a channel head role and responsible to deliver channel growth through strategy planning, developing creative concepts and create engaging content for distribution across digital and OTT platforms

* A creative thinker with a demonstrated history of working in the Marathi entertainment industry with sound understanding of OTT consumption trends skilled in the development and production of original web series and other formats (from start to end) along with the working knowledge of Marathi language content

* Responsible for building a highly engaged team, work with production houses and freelance talent to conceptualize and create highly engaging video content with high production value for the channel and branded content for clients

* 8-10 years of hands on experience in content creation (Fiction and Non Fiction) with a very strong knowledge of Pre and Post Production along with budgeting
