Job Description
Project Details
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented SDET to join our Data Engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks for our microservices architecture built on JHipster, Spring Boot, and React, running on Kubernetes in GCP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development, with a proactive mindset to improve overall platform quality.
Requirements
Mandatory Skill
- Very strong API automation using Rest Assured
- Microservices testing experience on Event Driven Architecture using Kafka or equivalent technology. Understanding of Producer, Consumer, Kafka topics, Kafka broker or equivalent tech stack.
- Test planning, test strategy, experience in developing automation framework from scratch, thorough understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Well-versed in any of the test management tool like Test Rail, qTest
- Strong foundation of software testing.
Desired Skill
- Hands on experience in cloud solutions like AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Experience in Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent technology
