Job Description

We are seeking 3 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Python, and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role requires a native English speaker with strong communication skills. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and translating them into technical solutions, contributing to the companys growth and impact on society.

Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for data solutions.

- Utilize Snowflake to design and implement scalable data warehousing solutions that meet business needs.

- Leverage Azure Data Factory to develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data integration and transformation.

- Employ Python to automate data processing tasks and enhance data analysis capabilities.

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive business decision-making.

- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis findings.

- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes.

- Support the development and execution of test plans to validate data solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.

- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions with existing systems.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data so3lutions.

- Contribute to the companys mission by providing data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and drive growth.
