Perform deep-dive reviews of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) and automation maturity.
Assess ServiceNow module usage, workflows, and adherence to best practices.
Conduct plugin inventory and entitlement reviews, identifying optimization opportunities. Evaluate ServiceNow Knowledge Management structure, content quality, and usage metrics. Review training, onboarding, and SOP documentation for process alignment.
Identify improvement areas in AI readiness data, process, tools, governance, and skills. Validate integrations, data flows, and dependency mapping across modules.
Recommend configuration and process enhancements for scalability and AI enablement. Support Architect and BA with detailed module findings and recommendations. Certifications: CSA and CAD
