Job Title: FP&A Manager (Global Finance)


Location: Hyderabad, India


Work Timings: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM / 02:00 PM 11:00 PM


Function: Global Finance (DTTL)

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager will play a critical leadership role within the Global Finance organization, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across regions and member firms. This role combines deep financial expertise, strong business acumen, advanced analytics capability, and people leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes and continuous improvement in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting

  • Lead month-end close reviews, financial statement analysis, and variance analysis with business and finance leadership.
  • Own annual budgeting, target-setting, and forecasting cycles by coordinating assumptions, consolidating inputs, and delivering executive-ready outputs.
  • Manage recurring management reporting including headcount, T&E, travel, and operational cost dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records and reporting.

Systems, Dashboards & Analytics

  • Design, automate, and maintain financial dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations.
  • Leverage enterprise finance systems and BI tools including SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, and related platforms.
  • Champion advanced analytics, automation, and digital solutions to enhance insight generation and decision support.

Project & Process Excellence

  • Lead large-scale finance and cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution and closure.
  • Drive standardization, process optimization, control enhancements, and automation across FP&A activities.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted finance advisor to senior leaders by translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Influence strategic and operational decisions through strong storytelling and executive-level communication.
  • Partner with business leaders to support operational continuity and long-term financial sustainability.

People Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FP&A team in a global environment.
  • Set clear priorities, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability, learning, and inclusion.
  • Drive succession planning, talent development, and capability building for future leadership readiness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or operations within multinational or global organizations.
  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (MBA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven experience with enterprise finance systems and BI tools such as SAP (ECC/BW/S4), Anaplan, Analysis for Office, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated project management capability with experience delivering complex initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven track record of people leadership, talent development, and leading teams through change.
  • Experience leveraging digital tools and automation to drive finance transformation.
