Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Industry Delivery Manager & Consultant for SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA ERP Public Cloud) implementation with at least 10+ years of experience in SAP solution implementation, preferably in the context of SAP GROW and RISE.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding SAP S/4HANA processes, relevant SAP solutions, and architectural components.
- This role requires the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions and manage SAP GROW implementations project deliveries.
NOTE: Anyone who has 10+ years of experience on SAP consulting and delivery management across multiple functional modules and willing to learn and upgrade may apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: SAP GROW & Digital Transformation (Good to Have):
- Analyse market trends, competitor initiatives, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in SAP Cloud ERP.
- Plan and execute business development activities in collaboration with product team, marketing team and sales team.
- Requirements Gathering (Must Have):
- Engage with business users and IT teams of the client to gather and document business requirements related to Utilities industry initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- SAP Landscape & Business Architecture (Must Have):
- Leverage SAP S/4HANA expertise across multiple modules to identify opportunities and define solutions on SAP BTP Landscape.
- Understand SAP core solutions and identify gaps to propose extension solutions on top of SAP core solutions.
- Proposal Development (Must Have):
- Develop detailed proposals, including project scopes, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and cost estimates.
- Present proposals to stakeholders, addressing their concerns and questions effectively.
- Experience developing solution functional architecture for proposals.
- Delivery & Project Management (Must Have):
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of GROW implementation projects, from initiation to deployment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Documentation and Reporting (Must Have):
- Maintain details documents for proposals, estimates, BRDs and support documents.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on Business development activities.
