Job Description: Associate Regulatory Reporting

Job Title: Associate Regulatory Reporting
Department: Global Market Operations
Business Line / Function: Regulatory Reporting
Location: Bangalore

Exp: 1 to 4 Yrs.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Receive and process regulatory reports from various ITO teams across Asia.
• Perform defined controls on each report within agreed timelines/cut-off times, which may include:
• Variation analysis compared to previous reports
• Consistency checks across the report or against other reports containing similar data
• Reconciliations with additional data sources
• Communicate identified breaks to the relevant ITO teams and follow up on investigations.
• Provide greenlight for submission once all breaks are resolved or validated.
• Maintain logs of all breaks and issues to prepare daily/weekly KPIs.
• Escalate any delays in the control process to the concerned ITO team.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams in enhancing the overall regulatory reporting function.
• Participate in internal initiatives to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.

Technical Competencies

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives, IRS, FX products, and operations processes.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, VBA, Access) are highly preferred.

Education Level

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Experience Level

• 1 to 4 Yrs.
