Solution Architect @ Royal Cyber

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with deep expertise in Workato and strong overall integration architecture experience (8-12 years). This role will lead the design, development, and governance of integration solutions for our SAP-driven B2B enterprise e-commerce environment. You will act as the primary technical authority for Workato, guide a team of integration engineers, and collaborate closely with SAP, e-commerce, and business teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture Serve as the Workato platform lead, responsible for architecture, standards, and long-term integration strategy. Drive end-to-end solution design across SAP, e-commerce, CRM, OMS, PIM, ERP extensions, and third-party applications. Establish and enforce best practices for recipe architecture, governance, and reusable frameworks. Evaluate integration patterns and introduce advanced Workato capabilities (SDK connectors, Workbot, APIs). Integration Delivery & Hands-on Expertise Lead development of complex, enterprise-grade Workato automations and workflows. Translate business requirements into scalable recipes, orchestrations, and integrations. Guide the team through design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization. Ensure integrations are reliable, secure, and meet enterprise SLAs. SAP & B2B E-commerce Integration Architect integrations using SAP mechanisms: IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, SAP APIs. Lead data flows for product master sync, pricing, customer accounts, inventory, ordering, fulfillment, invoicing, and other B2B processes. Work closely with SAP and functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize workflows. Team Leadership & Mentoring Mentor and supervise junior and mid-level Workato/integration developers. Review solution designs, code quality, and architecture decisions. Manage workload allocation, sprint planning, and delivery timelines. Facilitate technical workshops and knowledge-sharing across teams. Governance, Operations & Reliability Establish robust monitoring, alerting, operational dashboards, and exception-handling frameworks. Drive continuous improvements, technical debt reduction, and performance tuning. Manage environments, version control, and CI/CD for Workato deployments. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and audit policies. Required Skills & Experience Experience Requirements 8-12 years of total IT experience, with strong integration or middleware background. 5+ years of hands-on Workato experience, including recipe design, orchestration, and custom connector development. Demonstrated experience in technical leadership or team lead roles. Technical Skills Strong architectural understanding of enterprise integration patterns. Deep knowledge of REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JSON, XML, and API design. Experience integrating SAP ECC/S/4HANA with external cloud or on-prem systems. Familiarity with B2B e-commerce operations (order-to-cash, pricing, catalog, inventory, fulfillment). Scripting knowledge (Ruby for Workato SDK) is an advantage. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred. Leadership & Soft Skills Strong leadership ability, capable of guiding teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to own architectural decisions and drive technical strategy. Comfortable balancing hands-on development with architectural oversight. Nice-to-Have Workato certifications (Automation Pro, Integration Expert). Experience with SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, or other integration platforms. Background in enterprise e-commerce platforms (SAP Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify B2B, BigCommerce). Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
