Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Source top talent for BPO, IT, and non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for bulk hiring requirements.
Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates within the given timeline.
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress updates.

Job Requirements :

2-5 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or related field (BPO hiring).
Strong understanding of IT hiring processes including technical recruitment.
Experience in bulk hiring operations is essential; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
