Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for BPO, IT, and non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for bulk hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates within the given timeline.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress updates.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or related field (BPO hiring).
• Strong understanding of IT hiring processes including technical recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring operations is essential; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
