Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP HCM Payroll solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement payroll processes using ABAP programming language.
Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, including data discrepancies and system errors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and reports.

Job Requirements :

4-12 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, or support.
Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language for developing customizations in SAP HCM modules (Payroll).
Experience working on HR functions such as employee data management, benefits administration, and tax reporting.
